Conditions

Tuition will be given by the Term of 10 consecutive weekly lessons.

Fee are to be paid at beginning of the month unless special circumstances.

Holidays Lesson will be suspended during periods in the summer and on the usual public holidays as announced by the teacher and also during any further period as to which the student gives at least two weeks notice that he/she will be away from and unable to attend lessons.

Absences/sickness due to student non-attendance will not be made up and will be charged in full unless a notice is given by the student or parents 2 hours prior to the lesson. Lesson cancelled by the teacher will not be charged. In case of sickness at least two hours notice should be given.

Progress reports in the form of verbal and/ or written communication will be provided by the teacher each lesson.

Examinations and competitions The teacher will not enter the student for any examination or competition without the prior consent of all parties.

Notice to discontinue lessons must be given at least 2 weeks in advance. It is expected that students commencing piano lessons will continue for a minimum of one year unless that the teacher advises otherwise.
